Brugge, is a delightful town, somewhat museum like in character, complete with Olde Worlde charm. We stayed on a hotel barge on one of the many canals and whiled away our time roaming the cobbled streets looking for a place to have dinner. We eventually found a place which served up Flemish beef stew (delicious) and chips (you literally cannot order anything without chips, or frites, but in truth, they were excellent).
