Isabella Island After arriving on Baltra island which seemed full of cactii, we went by ferry to PTA Villamill on Isabella. A fascinating place full of natural wildlife like the flamingos, marine iguanas, numerous Galapagos birds including the blue footed booby and Darwin finches. 4 September At Guayaquil Ecuador on our 36th wedding anniversary . Both tired from long flights but all well Just had breakfast and off to airport for Galapagos Islands. City Plaza Hotel very nice. We won't see much of Guayaquil. Just a stopover. Old, quaint. Temperature pleasant.
