Good luck with the house hunting!!..... My advise is.. make sure you check the kitchen carefully!! I just moved into a flat in Sydney city for a few weeks as its cheaper than a yostel, and lets just say I learnt the hard way, when I went around for a viewing, I was there about 10 minutes and it all looked ok.. when I moved in I opened the fridge and nearly threw up!!... I ended up cleaning the kitchen and the bathroom, including scrubbing the bottom of the fridge and the cupboard doors when no body was looking before I could even sit down!!..My first experience of student type accommodation!! I know you guys have all been there before but this is new for me!!.. hehe Im living with a couple of indonesians, and germans who are all really nice, I quite like living in a city, I'm 5 minutes from the harbour where I'm working at the exhibition center - just temporary.. moving on up the coast end of next week!

Am currently looking to buy a hosue in Salisbury/Romsey with Kat, so am heavily immersed in viewings/calls to estate agents/scanning proprty papers and so on. I think it'll be an expensive business but hopefully well worth it!
