Count down has well and truely begun!... Just 5 weeks to go.

Me, Andy Paul and Tara - ( obviously these 3 are my travelling buddies for the next year...who are going to learn more about me than I possibly even know myself yet!) - take our first flight to LA at 11.55am on Monday 28th February.

Our plans in brief are ...

To head up the Westcoast of America - though Las Vegas, San Fran and Seattle to name a few...

Hit Vancouver and then head across Canada, - staying with my relatives on the way

Then down though central and coastal America - via New York, Chicago, Dallas, New Orleans... Miami

Fly to South America (Lima) and pick up the spanish ling quickly!!..head to Peru for a 4 day trek up a VERY 'big hill' ( Machu Picchu) to the famous ruins.

Then on to Chile and Brazil!...especially RIO DE JANERIO!!! for one hell of a boggie!! - hopefully put my Salsa into practice! - and obviously I also plan to sing 'copacabana' at the top of my voice whilst anebriated on the beach!

From here we head to New Zealand !! (It will be cold if thats any consolation!?)-so skiing,snow boarding, white water rafting and much more is planned.

Then on to Aus for 3 months... travelling up the Gold coast, down to the 'Red Center' and then over to Perth.

Then the last two month will be spent working our way up through Thailand, Hong Kong, China and a couple of weeks in India before returning home. ( I'm not so sure about India.. but by the time I get there I should be an accomplished traveller so it wont be such a shock! - we will see!)

Ohwell.. it wasn't quite so brief.. but hopefully it should give you a good idea of what I'm up to..
