Visited the Darwin Museum & Art Gallery today. They have some interesting exhibitions about the devastating 1974 cyclone "Tracy", WW2 events and local stories like the one about the 6m long crocodile "Sweetheart" which terrorized the community in the 70's before it ended up here, stuffed on display. Today I actually had plans to rent a car to head down to Litchfield NP and Adelaide River, the little township where the famous Buffalo from the movie "Crocodile Dundee" is on display ;) Unfortunately even the cheapest rental would have cost me about $200/Day due to the additional costs per km when you get over a 100km. Just relaxed today and did some reading on Bali trying to figure out my schedule for the two weeks I'm gonna be there. Liess es heute etwas ruhig angehen und las ein wenig ueber Bali um die naechsten zwei Wochen die ich dort sein werde zu planen.

After a semi-comfortable night in the half empty backpackers class we stopped for a couple of unnecessary hours at Katherine to visit the local Gorge.
