Six in the morning up and getting ready and off at 8:30 to get to Dover I fell asleeped at first then woke up. We saw the Army firing guns, the funnicular raillway in Hastings going up the cliff and lots of seaside holiday homes. At Dover we saw the castle. We checked in at the Premer Inn, where we will stay the night before we catch the boat to France.
