I was up early and Paul treated me to a great breakfast. I am usually the one who takes over in a kitchen so it was tough to just watch and not help. I need that once and a while though.
We took a cab to the station as we were running a bit behind. I said my good byes and thank yous and made my way to the train. It will take about an hour and a half.
I must admit. It is a relief to be able to speak English here. In France and Italy I had to be on top of things. That's definitely a break for my brain.
I met up with my friend and we talked and talked! He's got a wonderful place right on the harbour. He overlooks the English Channel. The tide was in when I arrived and a few hours later the tide was out. We didn't venture out but maybe tomorrow and check things out.
Q26
