Sad but also excited as I said goodbye to Mom and Dad on Sunday morning before heading to the ferry to get to Vancouver. We have had a wonderful week visiting and catching up. Packing and unpacking and repacking my life's collection. Thanks Mom and Dad for the use of your home and barn for my numerous totes.

On July 1st (Canada Day) Mom and Dad hosted a BBQ for me with most of my family and some close friends at their home. There were nearly 30 people on one of the hottest days of the summer so far. What a great day. Thanks Dad for managing the BBQ so well and getting us all fed.
