Sa-wat-dee from Sukhothai! That's right, we've finally learned how to say hello in Thai. They say life is all about experiences, so we're aiming to pack as many in as possible and our latest was yet another one to remember. Yesterday we were picked up together with our new jungle mates - Anouk and Baz from Holland and a family of four from Denmark - to embark on a two day trek to the hill tribe villages north of Chiang Mai. It was clear those Danes were going to be super fit, so we already had our concerns about keeping up with them after our tour...

Finally our luck is changing when it comes to delays - we touched down in Bangkok on time which was handy as we had a mad dash across the city to the train station as soon as we landed. We didn't see much of Bangkok - as we hopped from one metro to another - but we were there long enough to make a few observations. First: Thailand is HOT - even in the evening. Just a quick update today as we're currently in New Delhi airport waiting to board a flight to Bangkok this afternoon. We cannot believe India has come to an end. We enjoyed our last day back in New Delhi yesterday - finally making it in to the massive Red Fort. We're so glad we didn't miss this place. We took an audio guide and really got to understand some of its amazing history - it's the best place in Delhi to imagine the Mughal city's sometime splendour....

Wow - our last stop in India is here. The last three weeks have gone by so quickly, but we might have saved the best until last. There was only one reason to be in Ranthambhore, and that was to see some tigers. Only the lucky do these days though, as sadly many of the tigers have been killed by poachers. It's not clear how many still roam the huge jungle which is now protected, but it's likely to be as few as around 30. It means the chances of seeing a tiger ...
