Thursday - It was dad's B-day, we sent to Valenties, the buffet. We got a cake when we went home. 

Sunday - Mum and I walked around the gardens. We saw a dead hedgehog. Then we went and got dad some presents. 

Saturday - Dad and I went up to Pirongia beacuse Mum was climbing a mountain. I had my piano lesson, then we went to a Pirongia walk. It was so beautiful with all the fern trees that surrounded the path. We passed over a creek and the vines that hung around us could have supported tarzan. There was a big clump of moss haning off of a vine. It was a beautiful walk with big trees. I loved it!Note:For New Horizons I am going scuba diving.

Sunday - We didn't see very much today because the water was murky and cold and the waves were very high, so we played at a place where a wave came in the water spewed up a hole so that was fun. Then we went back to camp and packed up and then drove home with a stop for icecream on the way. It was another great day!

Saturday - We went to the Rose Gardens expecting not to go to Leigh because of the hurricane. But we did get to Leigh. We got to the camp and we put up camp on the top of a hill which is hard to climb, but we managed it. After everything was set up and everyone had lunch, we put our wetsuit, mask, and snorkel, along with the weight belt we swam out (not at Leigh) and did backwards rolls and giant strides off boats.
