Clair woke me up really early at 6am. I wrote for a bit, then went down to breakfast after having everything packed up. I ate a lot of pastries, and I spilled my tea all over the place which made Sean laugh at me.
We had decided to have another rehearsal in the morning in preparation of our next destination - the World Choir Games. We sat on somewhat uncomfortable chairs without a piano to give us any notes, but it was a good rehearsal and I think everyone was feeling more confident by the end of it, especially after the performance we'd given the night before.
We headed onto the bus for the long drive back to Riga. We stopped part way for lunch at a little rest stop. They had a weird zoo of sorts with a bear you could see walking around in a pen. I only got ice cream because I was full from breakfast and had taken a couple thing in my purse for lunch. Gilbert and Emily played on the wooden playground they had in the yard as well. There wasn't much else for the 5 hour ride.
Finally we made it to Riga. We were all watching out the windows as we came back into the city. When we finally got to the University, we were happy to stand outside and stretch our legs. But then it took forever to get into the rooms because there were other groups there checking in as well. And I know I shouldn't complain too much, but there wasn't really any wifi in the building, which sucked.
We had to do some room-switching once we were finally let into the building. Cosette and I were rooming together, but each dorm had three rooms. We didn't really want to room with the two girls that had been put in the room with us. Somewhere our rooming lists must have gotten mixed up, but we sorted it out and ended up with Emily and Veronkia in one room and Johanna and Sophia in another room.
