First stop, a lovely place, spectacular mountains close to the sea that plunge down to deep ocean contains sperm whales. The boat has no Internet in NZ so this is being sent from a Wi Fi cafe, could be some time before the journal resumes! Sorry.

Arrived at Dubai, knackered. Biggest lounge ever. The plane was luxurious also, makes the journey a bit less awfull. Wish we could just wake up on the boat.

Manchester airport - the holiday begins! It was a beautiful day and part of us wouldn't have minded staying but we know it will soon revert to crap. Sitting Emirates lounge very impressed 2 glasses SV cheers!.

Last visit to the beach for a perfect sunset. Folks going home tomorrow quite sad, Archie feeling sick which is a bit of a downer. Still the sunset was lovely and there must have been a school of fish nearby as the pelicans kept diving in just in front of us. Each pelican had its own seagull following it and trying to hassle a fish out of it every time they caught one - no chance!
