Hi guys,

Sabina here, so we arrived in Miami after our 9 hour flight from terminal 5, was very sad saying our goodbyes to everyone especially the mums and dads......still don't think my little brother Christopher understands how long i will actually be away for!! Anyhow, after arriving into stormy Miami being backpackers there was no booked transportation or tour guides there so onto the lovely $2,50 bus we went.....2 buses it took for us to get to South Beach in the rain, feeling hungry, tired and yucky after the flight but eventually we got to our hostel just off Washington Avenue, South Beach....checked in to our private bunk bed room with shared bathroom and the excitment began!!

We spent our days in Miami on the beach sunbathing or burning in Tony's case and walked about exploring the area, went to a few bars one evening in which i got a little bit messy but nothing to bad hehe!! On day two we walked to Miami port, went to the port mall and paid a small visit to Hooters and the Disney Store, grabbed lunch and explored some more.

Miami, being the start of our trip and a place both Tony and i had both visited before wasn't that exciting but the weather was good and the hostel was definitely liveable if you used it for sleeping and showering only! I do love Miami but unless you can do it big with a speedboat, a big house, boutique shopping and a good club i don't see it as a place i would visit again on a backpackers budget!

Missing you all alredy but i'm not too emotional yet, the excitement of Disney is too overwhelming to think of anything else!
