Hiya, I'v just moved into my new appartment with my friend Michael and we'r staying with to other Scottish girls who seem really cool so the next three months should be good. It's locted in a suburb area in between Bondi Junction and Bondi beach so it's only a 10 minute bus Journey in the city and a 10 minute walk to the beach which is going to be quality in the summer! I'v got a job doing labour work at the moment and I'v been offered some bar work as well but I'm still waiting to hear back from them. When I was at the Sydney cricket ground I was working on one half on the practice fields and the World 11 were training on the other side so I was only about 10 metres away from them which was reaaly cool seeing them other than on the TV and I didn't realise Ricky Ponting was so small because he was only up to about my chin shoulder when I passed him on the footpath. The aussie cricket fans were contantly drinking all day and it was like leaving an football English football match when I went home after the first day as I had to work there again! I'm staying in my flat untill late January so I'll be in Sydney for Christmass and New Year which I cant wait for. Just think I'll be having christmass dinner in the hot sun hopfully on a white sandy beach which should be nicer than the drizzle we normally get in England! It's so wierd seeing shops setting up Christmass trees and decorations though because it just doesn't look right in this sort of climate but it should be a good experience. Hope alls good back at home and when the weathers a bit nicer I'll take some more pictures and stick them in my gallery. Tom
