Loved your piccies taken on your hill village expedition. You can now appreciate just how good a can of beer can taste in certain situations. You should be pretty fit by the time you get back. Just realised it was another Tom (David Farrer's son Tom) who included Oz and Sydney on his round the world trip. Sorry, you must have thought the old man had flipped. Continue to have a great time.

Sounds like you're having a ball. We picked up your message whilst in Cairns, Queensland but we have been travelling since and have only just arrived back at home. Hi Tom, just seen your fantastic photo collection from Vietnam, it looks totally manic! What a brilliant way to keep in touch with you on your travels, though I should think Internet Cafes will be a bit thin on the ground in some of the places you will be visiting! Look forward to seeing more of your journey as you go on. Fran says hello. She's still waiting for a lucky break with drama school, or rather, now wondering what she will do with next year!
