well i've recovered from my marathon and surprisingly didn't suffer too much. since then we won the league cup as we did last year and been to a razorlight concert. it was good, mum was their climbing on peoples shoulders and being a right drunk head. but having cool fun. decided to have a barbie on monday as the weather at the mo is behaving itself.
poor old norwich got relegated so no more local derbies, the other season we were havein loads with the shrimpers and colchester posie.
kerrie an keira are still putttin up with me and having fun. there stayin round with me at the mo n slowly learnin to enjoy the footie.

me again il soon be back on the ambulances but first ive got just 1 more week in the hospitals. its been alrite in the hospitals, ive been puttin people to sleep whackin a tube down them and stuffin big needles in them get in. ive also been watchin the surgeons go to work sawin, and cuttin into people its cool. aint lookin forward to the nightshifts etc when back on the buses.

Just thought i'd let you know i was on the phone 3hours and made 307 calls before i got through to ITFC and it cost me £30.13 to get the tickets so we'd better have a good game tomorrow!

I spent 3 hours on the phone this morning and the good news is mum, oli and me are off to Stamford Bridge on Saturday to see our 4th round match. i think I was lucky to get through as their web site says that they had 2500 tickets available this morning and they all sold out in 3hours, just about the time I spent trying to get through. we'll take a few photos so you can see us there and be jealous for a change.
i'm now your mum's official marathon trainer. I got my bike out yesterday and followed her down the road to the bottom of wellingditch and the cold norton road, and back, about 5 miles. she beat me back up the hill running, my bike would just not go fast enough! we're going to increase by a mile a week so she's ready for silverstone in March. I'm entered but will be walking most of it!! nanny's coming to take the photos!
did you find out where freddie was born on zanzibar?Sounds like it's a beautiful place. I hope you got all the sea urchin out of your toe and that it's healed up ok. Guess you're now on your travels back on the mainland. have fun

Glad to hear you're having such a fab time. I knew you would love Africa and am really pleased you've seen so many animals already.I've been cursing you all day! I've been laying the floor in my bedroom and it's the most back breaking, bum numbing, knee crunching job i've ever done!! And I think my knee cap is dislocated for good!! It's off to focus tomorrow as I need 2 more packs to finish, but it's looking really good although the bits don't join together as well as they should.Saw a great dvd with Ben in Nepal so getting excited about that already.keep the messages coming and I look forward to seeing some photos. I put the heathrow ones on facebook. Nan sends her love and wants you to keep the stories coming.Off to winter camp tomorrow so think of me in the freezing fog and frosts of Epping Forest when you're out in the heat of Africa!
