We left Lake Tekapo with sometime to spare and decided to head for Mount Cook.We had seen it from the other side of the country but we wanted to see it up close!!We headed past more lakes before eventually arriving at the small township at the bottom of the mountain.We ended up going for a really cool walk which took us toward and old glacier and across two swing bridges.The views were really cool and the weather was still good.We then left for the night and ended up staying by a really cool lake.We went for a swim and basically chilled out for the night.In the morning we headed off having enjoyed our short stay on the mountain!!!
