Well I finally left Koh Tao after several weeks of relaxing on the beach and loads of diving. Plus I qualified as a PADI Advanced diver...yeah I can now dive to 30 meters!!

Ko Phi Phi is a beautiful island with amazing snorkel and dive sights. I did a couple of dives here, but still didn't see the elusive whale shark...kept being sighted unless I was diving!!

There were stunning, quiet beaches here if you hired a taxi boat to take you round the coast, or one day we hired a canoe to find our own, which was harder work than it looked!! We also visited the island where they filmed 'The Beach'...it's just as beautiful as it looks on the film.

I also did a fire dancing class which was brilliant fun, although I wasn't good enough to actually light the pais...more practice is needed before I play with real fire!!
