Ok, so it's Saturday 13th September, four days before I depart. Am I excited? You bet! Do I wish I was there a week ago? Hell yes. Do I still have a million (I'm not exaggerating) things to sort out before I leave on Wednesday (17/9)? Absolutely. (in alphabetical order): Carlos, Charlotte, Kirsty, Marten, Neil and Nicole - can't wait to see you guys! For those of you that don't know (and I'll say that's most of you), Patrick, my beloved red 1988 Alfa Romeo 75 (3.0L V6) was hit out the front of my house last night (Friday 12/9). Looks like it's a write-off. Damn. Alas, I will be looking for new wheels on my return - for those that knew Patrick, you know it really was Sex on Wheels! I loved my Sprint, I adored my 75. With that and everything else that has been going on lately, one saying comes to mind - It doesn't rain, it pours. Anyway, I have some fun to have OS.
