Fortieth Stop Singapore

We arrived in Singapore on the 1st July. Our flight got in at 5am and we couldn't check in till 10 so we hung about the airport till about 8am as they have free internet. We got to the hostel and had breakfast, managed to check in a little early and went to bed till about 3 in the afternoon. That night we went for a stroll and had dinner in Chinatown the parallels between East and west where apparent as many of the buildings had been preserved. We managed to eat our dinner with great difficulty as we had to use chop-sticks.

The following day we booked our bus to Kuala Lumpur and explored the little India and the fact that neither of us can handle spicy food we decided to eat at a real Indian restaurant, again we managed it but with difficulty.
