Well it has been nearly 3 weeks already and my time in WA is up......tomorrow sees me embark on a 40 hour train journey along the longest piece of rail track in the world (according to my dad) and head for South Australia.

WA has been totally amazing and so beautiful. The coastline is spectacular with sights seen nowhere else, coral bay and turquoise bay.....and swimming with the Manta Rays......awesome! A fantastic tour with a fantastic bunch of people, that went far too quickly.....but back to Freo in time to visit Rottnest Island and have a lovely lunch with the girls and kids for the Melbourne Cup.

WA is certainly remote compared to the rest of Auz, not to mention expensive, but is simply stunning.......downsides......there is.....flies! They are so annoying and they are everywhere!! Them I will not miss!!! Oh and the middle f the night fire evacuation from the YHA in Perth the night before my trip.....it was like living in halls all over again!!

So South Australia and the Northern Territory are the next 3 weeks.....its gonna be cooler, then hotter! A run in 31 degrees this evening before the sun set was maybe a step to far....but I am going to be on a train for the next 2 days, so felt necessary.
