Time to explore Kathmandu, slowly, and have a shave

Not able to function today, so the slowest mountain walk to the clinic results in a plethora of pills and being kept in over night on oxygen. Fatigue, dizziness, no energy, lots of coughing and very difficult to breathe. Potential fluid on the lungs developing and very low oxygen levels. Altitude sickness on top of a virus, not so much fun
