Not able to function today, so the slowest mountain walk to the clinic results in a plethora of pills and being kept in over night on oxygen.
Fatigue, dizziness, no energy, lots of coughing and very difficult to breathe. Potential fluid on the lungs developing and very low oxygen levels. Altitude sickness on top of a virus, not so much fun

4,358m high and western toilet is much welcome
The guys have been out for exploration trek, but chest infection and possible altitude sickness has resulted in Tim staying in bed. Better get better soon!
Tengboche, Nepal
Arrived at Tengboche after a hard day's trek. Scenery is getting more beautiful, water getting more expensive and toilets getting worse ;)
Lots of up and down today, so height about 3,800m. Starting to be aware of thinner air and managed to get a man cold. Difficult to breathe at the mo, but hopefully a good nights sleep will resolve a few things
