Hello, lovely autumn day in the UK - warm and sunny, have been planting the spring bulbs. Have just read latest blogs and looked at photos. Dad pressed 5* rating, but only two were allowed.
Whiling away a few minutes till 6 o/c, before a sherry, followed by roast beef and a bottle of red.
Dad lives vicariously through his childrens' Facebook entries, but is too nervous to give anyone a poke! Heigh-ho.

We are sitting here and one of us will not remove his hat! They are very light and comfortable and we love the bags - we have just phoned Nana to say a beautiful hat will be delivered shortly. She was pleased to get everyone's cards for her birthday and celebrated by having a eye test - her birthday treat!

I have enjoyed looking through your latest bumper bundle of photos, The bunks look very comfy. Why has the dog got its two hind legs tied together? It must have been good to see Ed and Jane, 2 travellers together again but with partners. Lou and Mark are coming down tommorow to look at possible venues for the wedding.
