The rain has stopped and although the forecast is for overcast skys at least it looks like we will not be getting wet today. After a hearty "full works" breakfast at the Waffle House we were on the road for today's destination of Athens - Georgia that is, not Greece.

Riding through some pretty blossom-lined roads makes us realise that, whilst we have been in Florida, where the seasons are either "hot" or "hotter", Spring has arrived. We continue to go through some quaint, small town America places to Athens but before arriving we make a quick stop at the Robins Museum of Aviation at Robins Airforce Base in Warner Robins. An amazingly large place we just happened to come across on our way to Athens!

We arrive in Athens and, after checking into our motel and having dinner, we investigate further and find it is a very pleasanet University town with some very nice one off shops and boutiques, which thankfully for the guys, are closed!
