Well its been an eventful few days, I flew to Lima with a cough and cold then met up with my new tour group. Which to my disgust were all couples, so I was defo playiing gooseberry for 2 weeks.

Feeling ill still we flew from Lima to Cusco, as soon as I got there I realised Id made a mistake. The high alitude there makes it so hard to breathe ,that with my bad chest I was feeling really bad. So that night my tour leader took me to hospitial, good job she did, turns out I had pnemonia, I couldnt believe it. I knew I felt bad, but not that serious. Well 2 days in hospitial on an iv and high on drugs I started to feel better.( dont worry dad I seem to be ok now). After 4 days I was back on my feet, although Id missed doing the Inca Trail still managed to get to see Machu Pichu. The place was awesome, I cant describe how good the views are and the feeling you get when you are there. Im not sure which is better the Great Wall or Machu Pichu, its a hard onel lol

Well Im back now in Cusco, I decided not to carry on with the tour, Whitewater rafting in the jungle is not the best medicine Im guessing. So Im flying back to Lima in the next few days, with a week to kill, so I might do a little more travelling around Peru or maybe pop to Bolivia, its cheap ive heard.

Nearly at the end of my travels now, only New York really left to go, hoping to get a new iphone, at 100 quid you cant say no lol. Oh and dad Im still coming home on the 14th sept,so Ill ring you to confirm.
