Ciao!
It's the early hours of Sunday morning, the 4th October 2015, and I am currently in Dubai Airport, waiting at Gate B14 for my flight, EK432, to Brisbane via Singapore.
After I finished writing my blog post, I watched the classic Cinderella. For dinner, we had farfalle, chicken, and chocolate and cherry crunchy mousse. For plane food, it was actually quite decent. After Cinderella finished, I fell asleep. Suddenly, I was awoken to "would you like to take photo for memory?" The flight attendants had a Polaroid camera and took a photo of me and the two girls I was sitting next to: Caitlin and Jess. It was really weird, but fun! Apparently they gave Polaroids to all the girls in our group. As we flew over Iran, we saw many large glowing orange lights; Caitlin and I couldn't work out what they were, but speculating was entertaining! Towards the end of the flight, they gave us some ice cream. We saw the lights of Dubai as we flew over. We landed smoothly and hopped out of the plane onto the tarmac; we had to catch a bus from the plane to the terminal. We then found our gate, where we are waiting now. Mrs L bought a fun M&M dispenser for our group, so we are now enjoying ourselves attempting to get the M&Ms out of the dispenser!
There's still some time before we catch our flight, but there's not much else to write about, so I'll leave it there.
