Well the first thing I learnt about Luxor is who to go to for free books and postcards, opium, weed, alcohol, sex and someone who will apparently be my taxi driver for the whole of the middle east! And also not to get a taxi from the airport.

I went out to find dinner and I met a man called Allah who took me to a cheap place with good food for E£20 and then invited me to his cousins wedding (there is a photo of her). In Egypt a wedding lasts 2 days, the first day the men and women party separately, then the next day when the couple is married they party together.
