STOP THE PRESS - Miss Kelly Louise Anderson, long term resident of Harrogate, has officially completed one of her lifes ambitions.....TO TRAVEL LIGHT! I could take 20kg, and my rucksack was 17.8!!! Coming from the person that for a 2 week holiday managed to pack 25kg I feel like I have really achieved something already!

Anyway - Greetings from 32 degree, Singapore! (Mrs Cook, your current home is very lovely from the air) I am currently in a posh lounge (after a refreshing shower) taking advantage of the complimentary sandwiches, drinks and internet!

The flights so far have been good, Newcastle to Heathrow i was sat with 3 ladies who were all windowers who were also coming on to singapore so they adopted me and made sure I got on the right bus to change terminals, waited while I went to the loo and put my flight socks on and then made sure I had some boiled sweets for my little ears and a bottle off water!

And then on the flight out of Heathrow, they dont half pile u with drink, I ended up with about 4 bottles of wine (only drank 2, the other 2 are in my bag for later!) cans of diet coke and they leave the gally bit open so you can go and get biscuits, orange juice, water..... whenever u like.

I didn't sleep much on the plane but it was over very very fast (thank you closer magazine!) - it wasnt full so i was on a 3 seater with a space in the middle and we had extra leg room which was just lurvely! The lady sat with me was from scotland so we had a good natter!

I finally got to watch the social network (about the creater of facebook) and it was really really good, totally gonna buy that on DVD when its out!!

Oh and dad - the food was roast beef - very nice! and then a full english breakfast and I also had a kit kat!

Woohooo! I'm on holiday, on holiday, on holiday!
