Well it has been a busy couple of days in Alice. Guys have been busy working on the campers repairing a few things here and there and getting them prepared for the next journey. Yesterday kids played all day at the park and jumping pillow that we are camped next to. They had a fun day making heaps of friends.
We managed to enjoy some afternoon wine and nibbles which was a first and great.
BBQ tea and the kids flaked it in to bed. Today we went and had a look at the truck hall of fame. They had an awesome Kenworth shed that the kids enjoyed too. Ben was very proud to show the truck like Poppy's except Pops is white. He even chose the Kenworth shed and truck to draw as his daily pic in his travel journal. They also had the latest model kenworth which Dad is about to order.
Then we went and had a nice lunch at Bojangles. The beer tasted great and the meals were huge and yum. Last time gaz and I were at Bojangles him and I pulled an all night bender. Bit different today with all the kids in tow :)
By time we did a shop and got back to camp it was busy stations until the kids went to bed. Kylie cooked up a sweet curry for the next few nights yummo!
Well we are off through the Gibson Dessert tomorrow so we're thinking 4 -5 days to cross. Not imagining any service what so ever out there so will chat later in the week.
