IM OFF WORK FOR A FEW WEEKS, ON THE SICK. WE'VE BEEN PLAYING FOOTIE AT AURORA ON MONDAY NIGHTS, SO LAST WEEK, I TOOK ME TURN IN NET, FATAL ERROR. I ATTEMPTED A DIVE, BUT IT WERE MORE OF A SLIP/FALL, AND LANDED ON ME LEFT ELBOW. IT HURT, BUT I CARRIED ON (GOT TO TAKE 1 FOR THE TEAM). ANYWAY, I WAS IN A WORLD OF PAIN WHEN I GOT HOME, SO WENT TO A&E TUESDAY MORNING, AND AFTER A 3 HOUR WAIT, THE QUITE-FIT NURSE X-RAYED MY ARM AND GAVE ME THE GOOD NEWS, I HAVE A BREAK IN MY ELBOW. 3 WEEKS OFF WORK, QUALITY. OH SO YOU MIGHT THINK, THERE'S ONLY SO MUCH JEREMY KYLE A PERSON CAN TAKE. IT DOES HOWEVER ALLOW ME TO CATCH UP ON MY CORRESPONDENCE! HEED THE WARNING, WHEN YOUR BACK, STAY AWAY FROM THE AURORA, BELLI BROKE HIS FINGER UP THERE A FEW WEEKS AGO, ITS LETHAL.

ME AND CLARE ARE GONNA SEE OASIS AT ARENA NEXT FRIDAY, CAN WAIT, MAD-FER-IT. EVEN THOUGH IVE GOT A DODGY ARM, IM STILL GONNA TRY AND GO MENTAL AND GET COVERED IN BEER AND PI**, ITS GONNA BE ACE. WE'RE THEN GOING TO DUBLIN NEXT SUNDAY FOR A FEW DAYS OF SUN, SEA, SAND AND GUINNESS!!!!

LOOK AFTER YOURSELVES AND REMEMBER, THERE'S NO SHARKS IN THE DRINK, THE CROCODILES ATE THEM ALL!

Ive just had a peekat you oz photos, surfers paradise was one of my fav places and when you go to fraser island on fri taht is amazing, lake macenzie is perfect, looks exactly like the postcards!! Hi Rob and Gem,

sorry i've not written for ages but have been checking in to see what you have been doing. Hope you had a good anniversary and a lovely birthday Gemma. I bet it feels like you've been away ages now because you've done so much.

Me and Rob are off to Portugal on Saturday. It nearly didn't happen though as our orginal flights were with XL Airways and they went bust last week! unfortunately we lost the money for the flights and the car and had to re-book with Monarch - absoulute nightmare.

Just to add to things Monarch are working with ITV2 at the moment on a programme called 'Celeb Air' which features a load of Z listers and they emailed Petrina to say they may be filming on our flight! Not only do i now have to wear make up to the airport in case i get on telly but we may have to endure 3 hours on a plane with Chico, Kenzie and Lisa scott lee serving us, although judging off our luck at the moment it will probably be Chico's turn to fly.

I was going to ask you if you could recommend any nice restaurants out there as Gaz proposed to Petrina yesterday so me and Rob are planning on taking them out for a slap up meal one night and i want it to be somewhere a bit special.
