Boot camp: day 3 Rising to the boot camp challenge, I got up at 5, so I could experience the delights of a dawn exercise class. Felt invigorated by the time I'd finished body pump at 7! Researched stuff to do and places to stay in Bali and headed back with Michael and Kylie at 10. Annelise was up by then, so we packed up the car and headed o to Byron Bay for lunch.
