LANCE: On leaving the UK for Egypt - going through the motions at the airport - very exciting to the be on the plane though. At last, something wonderful and we'll want to value every minute. Boys are excited by the plane - I know that won't last though. Ben is thrilled by the concept of 'round the world'. Tom is counting every minute - each one a lifetime to him.
