...anyhoo, we found beds for the night and nothing bad happened. Not bad in the sense of danger or serious unpleasantness... but bad enough for us to pull a 'I'm a flashpacker, get me out of here!' this morning and book a room in a nicer place with a credit card!!

We're half way through the hop-on, hop-off tour of KL - we're only here for hours so seemed a good way to get a flavour. God knows what i just had for lunch, but it was fishier than a big fishy thing. On the plus side, I seemed to have frightened away the streaming cold that thwarted our last few days in Thailand.
