Hello Deans!

Wow!  What an amazing experience out there in those mountains.... and pictures just don't do it justice do they!!!

Well I have signed on to six weeks of work at the lodge over the winter.  It was a little more than I had anticipated but with teaching being a little slow I figured at least I will have a definate income at the lodge.  And of course the heli-skiing always helps persuade my decision!  A couple of the weeks Konrad will be working as well. 

I have been learning German for the last couple of months.  It is ever a slow process.  But the goal is to be able to understand and carry on a bit of a conversation next time I visit Austria.  We'll see!!

Looking forward to the xmas holidays!  Hope you guys have a great time in Thailand and wish you a happy homecoming.  And Happy Anniversary!

 Just been having a look at your postcards.  Sounds like you've had an amazing time - lots of going to bed exhausted with no dinner and teaching other nationalities your drinking games by the sound of things.

 I see Zsuzsanna left a message saying she was now surrounded by men in the office - never heard her complain before!!  Although, actually, not many of them are much to look at so I don't blame her. 

 Sarah still hasn't gone off to Valuations yet, but it is more than likely she will start there after christmas/new year, so we will arrange another leaving drinks for her - I guess it has to be the Loop - where else for our Sarah?

 Anyhow, enjoy the rest of your travels and hope you arrive safe and sound back home for christmas.

Hi there. We have finished our trek and are now stuck in a remote mountain vilage waiting for the clouds to ease up so that we may fly back to Kathmandu. The trek was amazing but after 18 days and counting with no shower, we are praying that the weather clears up so we can fly out ASAP!  Luckily there is a satellite internet cafe here so i cankeep you all up to date. Photos will follow soon... excusethe typos - i thnk this keyboard is frozen solid!!!

Hey there!!  Thank you for my birthday present... I ended up putting it towards my Ipod.  I had a nice weekend.  Had the family over on Saturday night and went out with friends for lunch on Sunday.  I can't wait until you guys get back and we catch up over Christmas.  Anyway not long now... Though we are entertaining ourselves (at least Sarah and me) with plenty of drinks at the Loop..:))Let us know where you are and what you are doing(I can hear Sarah's laugh from the other side of the room, oh, we had another move on the floor and more people joined us..) Hi guys, Your trip looks as though its been absolutely amazing. Not long now until you both come home. I bet you are both excited about coming home. The photos of Egypt looked incredible. I can't wait to see more. Steve and I finally tied the knot in Fiji. It was more than we could have imagined. It was a traditional Fijian wedding. It was absolutely beautiful. Very relaxing and low key. I can't wait to catch up with you when you return home. I hope your trek is going great. Can't wait to catch up. Love Trina and Steve (p.s.
