Finally I'm leaving Britain again. When the birds take flight from the trees, the wind howls and the seas start to churn, you'll know I'm back, but until then, enjoy! After my trip to Kenya got delayed and subsequently cancelled, I'm condensing this first of possibly several trips away this year into just 5-and-a-bit weeks. Itenarising has been sorta forgotten, but loosely I am flying to Johannesberg on 13th February overnight, arriving 14th Feb. Then I am backpacking by myself …

After my trip to Kenya got delayed and subsequently cancelled, I'm condensing this first of possibly several trips away this year into just 5-and-a-bit weeks. Itenarising has been sorta forgotten, but loosely I am flying to Johannesberg on 13th February overnight, arriving 14th Feb. Then I am backpacking by myself on a travellers hop-on-hop-off bus service called the BazBus. I am going through the Drakensberg mountains, I know that much. I will try to see Tugela falls, the second highest waterfall in the world. I might also pop into Lesotho for the day for a cup of herbal with the locals. 2&abit weeks in I'll be in Cape Town where I'll spend quite a bit of time because I intend to do some Journalism work experience with a newspaper down there... then I'm coming back on the 24th March.

Does anyone wanna see me off? And if anyone fancies seeing me as soon as I get back in Londres it might tempt me to stay there for a day or 2 as I don't go down there much. Remember I'll be all tanned and dishevveled in an extreme dreams kinda way, with pendants and crocodile scars so a swooning devoted crowd of girls and guys alike would be most fitting, lol.

kn**ber, how are you? i like your bloggy thing especially the heavy racism and political paragraph you talk about - all very interesting. and you have a talent with words - i hope they want to employ you full time. im not sure what im doing on the 26th though if you want to come and stay here because i have lots of deadlines but i might also be going home for easter with my parents i hope. work and stress permitting. glad you are meeting loads of great people and seeing lots of sights. xxx
