After leaving the hotel in Tampa, we attempted to see the ocean on the gulf side. We were told to go to Tampa Bay. The kids weren't impressed with the water and refused to get in. We tried going to St. Pete's Beach. After driving around like lost tourists, a big rain storm hit and we just decided to go to Orlando. The drive to Orlando was beautiful, so green. Today the weather was much better. Busch Gardens was great, even with a chest cold. John and Reina braved the PHOENIX. Reina said she will never get on that ride again. Saw and did a lot of cool stuff. We were totally exhausted come 8pm. We went back to the hotel and crashed.

July 8th Tried Busch Gardens today, but the weather was so bad, that we had to go back to the hotel. Hopefully, it will get a little better tomorrow. If the shuttle can take off in the rain, we should be able to go to Busch Gardens tomorrow. So here we are at the hotel. Just as well, I have a little cold. Time to rest.

July 7th We got off the ship and headed to our hotel In Tampa. Luckily, my favorite fast-food is right by the hotel; Chick fil a. Nothing to exciting today: laundry, unpack, swimming and Jacuzzi. Tomorrow, we will go to Busch Gardens, if the weather permits.

July 3rd It’s the first day at Sea, and my 50th birthday. We played bingo; Quinton thought it would be a great way to earn money; NOT. John told them it was my birthday, so the room sang happy birthday to me. Thanks John. Reina went down the waterslide. We played goofy golf on the top level of the ship.
