San Fran Take 2!
After getting some work done, we decided to hit the streets again! We rented a tandem bike but this time planned to make it all the way to Sausalito- the neighboring fishing town. Through the streets, along the beach, over the bridge, and up the hill, we finally made our way to beautiful Sausalito!
The little fishing town was adorable and full of life! We took a stroll, stopping along the way at a few art galleries. The local artists were impressive and original. After a relaxing trip, we caught the ferry back to the city.
That night we went out on the town! We had dinner at Bourdo's. The sourdough was to die for as was the Sole! We topped it off with sourdough apple pie and bread pudding! Afterward, we visited Ghiradelli square where the chocolate could be smelt miles away! Then we headed out to visit a few more galleries. I really enjoyed seeing some of the local art displayed alongside the greats and comparing different styles.
It was a long day but we managed to see it all! On to Napa tomorrow!
