itges was another wonderful experience where where we enjoyed eating tappas and the late night summer scenes. The beach and sea were absolutely a pleasure and we enjoyed walking the promenade. The night of our departure Almarie and d*** made a special Spanish dish, zarsuella which contains five different sea food. This was one of the best dishes I hae ever had. Almarie bought the ingredients fresh at the local market and it really made a difference. We only started eating that night at 23h00 and stayed up late. We had to get up at 04h00 that morning to get in time to Barcelona airport for our return flight to Amsterdam and then onto Cape Town. This was quite a struggle but we had such lovely memories of our time in Sitges that it was all worthwhile.
