Our final 3 nights in Greece are here in Santorini before we fly out to Munich via Athens. We luckily had another super smooth catamaran crossing across the Aegean from Folegandros (the Gravol and seabands probably totally unnecessary, but we have WEAK sea legs), and arrived at Santorini along with...every tourist visiting Greece?! It certainly seemed that way after quiet little Folegandros - we had forgotten just how busy and built up Santorini is in comparison. Having done the major "sights" when we were here 6 years ago, we haven't been rushing around, and instead took our time visiting two last beaches before we move onto Germany, which future forecasts tell us is a balmy 10C and rainy (ouch!), and getting in the last of the Greek food. Auf wiedersehen, Greece, Oktoberfest is calling!
