Hi from all of us in sunny (yes!) sunny Edinburgh who are missing you sooooooooo much. Have just gone through each and every one of your photographs. They are wonderful and you look great on top of that elephant. Wow, what an experience. Michael has just done his English exam (on Friday 13th - can you imagine that!) and has come home pleased with himself. I, on the other hand have no nails left. Loved the pix of your cookery course. Can't wait to taste some of your recipes. You must bring some Thai spice etc. home with you - and teach me. Your box will arrive on Wednesday - 4 days with UPS, so let me know when it gets there. I'll keep tracking it and update you if needs be. Can't believe that this time next week I'll be in Cape Town. Weather won't be a patch on yours...in fact, weather won't be a patch on Edinburgh's for that matter. I'm flying straight into winter!! Can't complain though, can't wait to see the house. Hi I really should be revising at the moment as have my first exam on Thursday, but am seriously lacking in concentration. We have seriously bazaar weathe rconditions up here at the moment the whole global warming thing is wearing a bit thin, Adam and I got caught in a hail storm last night with no jackets or umbrellas. Went shopping this morning to try find something to wear to the ball I'm going to on Friday, theresa nothing like retail therapy to distract you from revision. Anyway I really am going to go do some work now.

Hi Big S, sounds like you are having a wonderful time.... We are all well and enjoyed a very lazy weekend which was very nice for a change. We had an absolutely gorgeous Saturday and woke up to a yucky Sunday although it turned out pretty good. David and Eri are fab, David is hectic at work and Eri is such a cutie. She is taking part in Cinderella with the ballet school so we have been doing rehearsals, dress fittings and more. She is so excited.... We will definitely try and record the whole thing so that you can see her in action when you get back. My sister and her boyfriend are coming to visit next weekend and then they go back to Cape Town the following weekend - what a lucky fish... The whole family back home is so excited for her going home, so looks like once again i will be the only sister on this side of the globe. Anyway Big S, take care of yourself and keep us posted... Really nice to read ur latest postcard and to see u r having a better time than me - flu, sinusitis and exams really do not mix very well together. Am feeling better now but have missed out on 2 weeks revision so am just hoping to pass exams rather than going for really good marks! It sounds like u r still having a ball and really making the most of all the sun and free time u have - law, uni and exams will be a big change from globetrotting!!! water market sounds really cool-what a great idea! How are you getting on? I'm absolutely shattered, was up untill 4 this morning correcting Greg's dissertation for him. Ah memories, and I thought I'd escaped dissertations for a few years! I'm now in charge of making sure it prints properly, ooo the responsibility! Haven't been up to much asides house hunting, I'msick of looking at them I just want somewhere to live. Anyway I should go do something more constructive like revision.

Yay a new postcard (you made my day!) but it sucks about the pictures, just have to keep trying i guess. sounds like you're having an amazing time out there but a bit of a culture shock i imagine. what is the food like and are the people nice? a floating market though-what an awesome idea!?! not much is happening here: it's rained for three days straight and there are three days left of high school ever!! that extra year actually flew by faster than i thought and now the exams are here-argh!!! i can't wait until they are over and we just have two months of parties before everyone moves!! very hardcore. anyway please keep me updated about your fabulously exotic trip and try to get those pics up there! lots of love xxxxxx

I'm bored waiting for Greg so thought I would send you a message to say hi and see how you are. Its been a while since we got a post card HINT HINT. Adam and I spent most of today house hunting, its a nightmare! I'm begginning to think we might be too fussy but I don't want to spend a fortune on a flat that isn't perfect or dosen't have the potential to be perfect. It's pina Colada night tonight in aid of desperate house wifes. Weather here isn't too bad, there were even a few people out sun bathing today although compared to where you are it is practically the arctic.
Anyway I better go as people in the que are giving me evil looks.
