With Dave going back to work today, Alice stepped up as chief tour guide and we wanted to explore what else Singapore had to offer! We started with a bus ride into the city then onto the MRT to go to the cable car station. It was a clear day so we decided to splash out and get the cable car crossing across the water to Nearby Sentosa Island. Before doing that we accidentally got the cable car in the wrong direction which then took us to the mountain top of Singap...

Today we woke up after a 13 hour kip! We went to the city with Alice who was the tour guide! First we hit the mrt rail network and visited the tourist sites. We then bought an iPad to record our travels, and I had a yard of tiger beer on the 70th floor of a tower bar. We then went to satay street and listened to a band while eating an Indian. We are also packing for our next leg, which is a 3 day break in Phuket with Alice and Dave.

Alice met us at the airport, we got the cases and got in the most scouse taxi in Singapore! It looked like the kop in the back seat and the taxi driver had the liverpool starting 11 in subbuteo figures! Got to Alice and dave's flat and went for a dip in their pool! After the swim we got the bus into town and hit a local food village to try out the specialties, we avoided the curry headed fish and stuck to noodle and rice dishes for the first day.
