I've come to the realization that everything I am doing sounds fun on paper, but maybe is not in person. How long have I been here? 3 days I think, but it feels like an eternity. First I was on my own in a strange country when I didn't speak the language. Then I found friends. Now I'm leaving the safety of the dorms to live with a family I don't know who may or may not have internet, plus I'll be commuting to school every day. Lovely. And by lovely, I mean terrifying.

It gets better, right? I learn to cope, right? I stop spending every waking moment wanting to go home, right?
