Ok arrived in Pong...and bus journey not that bad.Got completely ripped off by a tuk tuk driver as we wanted to go to the killing fields site and arranged a big tour .Killing Fields was great but completely depressing then on to Russian market to revamp my terracotta wardrobe discards ...it was shut.....then we were going to the National Museum....shut !!!Chinese new year apparently...if I could get a dollar for everytime I have heard this over the last week I'd be a Cambodian policeman !!Rob totally peed off with driver so sent him off with a flea in his ear.The next day we got lost and so we hired 2 bike men with little chairs in the front they got us to the museum which was open !!! Only downside is your face is in everyones exhaust pipe when u get stuck at trafficlights but pretty cool rides !!!

Neither of us overly impressed with Pong and looking forward to making our way to the coast tomorrow.

Kampot....nice bus journey that took us thru Kep...where we were going to spend some time but nothing there really...so rethink...

Kampot is dingy.....found a nice restaurant for lunch and walked around but it has so much renovation going on...although no one is working !! Why u ask?....cos its chinese new year !! lol

Started to walk into town last nite and the local packs of dogs put us off so we went to a guesthouse next door and had a couple of weel deserved beers and some ok food.

This was after Rob had been for his daily massage !!!?

I knew it was going to happen eventually.......we had found the seeing hands massage at lunchtime ...this massage is performed by blind people and is apparently the best massage you can get here.But Rob got a little lost and found an alternative...he cut it short and had to pay double in order that he left with all his bits intact lol...hmm?

So today he has gone on a day trek thru the jungle into the hills and I'm lazing around catching up with our blog....DONE....gonna do some painting...reading and as we got no sleep last nite as no air con and about 40 degrees...might do a bit of that as well.

Hope I'm not boring u too much...I think ur probably getting the fact that we preferred Laos but maybe things will get better soon......
