Welcome To Nigeria
Day Seven
Today we visited Lagos. Lagos is the largest city in Nigeria, and is home to about 18 million of Nigeria's 152,217,341 citizens. Lagos is the second most populous city in Africa, and is the economic and financial capital of Nigeria. We also visited a library, and we discovered that the literacy rate for all Nigerias's citizens is 68%. The libraries are funded by the government to provide access to educational materials, but not every state capital has a library. We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel which was $362 a night.
