On Boxing Day we woke up and went on a monkey your and saw blue monkeys and red collabus monkeys that are only located on Zanzibar. That afternoon we met up with Our friends and took a small boat to prison island where we did some snorkelling and saw jellyfish and then went and saw giant tortoises on the island. There must of been at least 100 of them and there size ranged from one and a half metres long and 250kg to 5cm long and a few grams. They also had written there ages on there shells so you could tell how old they were, there were a few that were around 150 years old but
There was one that was born in 1823 and at 191 years old we worked out is older than New Zealand. So far the trip has been really interesting and I am looking forward to going on safari and seeing the big five in a couple of days.
