MUNICH, so once again we arrived too late for some shopping, although the windows were really drawing my attention because they had some amazing pieces, bit of a shame we missed out. After checking in to our very modern, nice hotel (fav so far) we were rushing to be ready for a wild night out in Germany. I LOVE GERMANY. From awesome taxi drivers, bier halls, stein chugging, club hopping, free entry, free drinks, podium dancing, great bonding and some stomach aching laughs best night we've had so far. Although Paris followed closely behind. The next day was a very hungover day but one of the best days yet. We went on a 'Mikes bikes tour' and the guys were great. We did some incredibly awesome site seeing, including nude parks which one of the boys joined the locals in doing haha. We then reached the lake in which majority of us jumped in, being taken really quickly down by the current. I lost my breathe, not whether it was from the ice cold water or the actual experience. It was something I'll never forget, best cure for a hangover & will definitely do it the next time I'm here. We finished off our trip at a beer hall and on the way home stopped off to view some wave surfing Germans... Not our usual beach sport, but their river, rocky, really scary to watch surfing.. Unbelievably cool! By the time we reach the bus, sweat was pouring off us & the air con filled bus was well appreciated. Quick stop at a Deuchen concentration camp on the way was a very sobering experience. We got an insight of the harsh living conditions of the residents and it seemed so real walking through gas chambers, rooms etc. Next stop TYROL, AUSTRIA.
