A gorgeous reunion retreat in the welsh mountains with the very gorgeous F**k It tribe members.

What an amazing weekend held at Castle Farrm, with Sarah Maliphant, Bertie the cat and Bertie junior www.more-to.org . it was relaxing, peaceful, fun, thought provoking and to top it all the food was scrummy : )))

The weather was very kind to us, letting us go walking, paddling, horseriding and complete a fair amount of naval contemplating before waiting until the last day to get a bit lairy as we climed to the top of Lord Herefords k*** ( I kid you not) where the view across into Herefordshire, up the valley and out into the wild blue yonder was stunning !! i shall return : ))))
