Well it is our last day in Hawaii :-( One thing we haven't mentioned is that we experienced our first earthquake last week! Yes the earth moved beneath us from the shake of a quake measuring 3.2 on the ricter scale. Luckily though, no tsunamies were formed! The surf here has not been that great. Thanks to everyone for your messages and the birthday wishes!!! For Miranda's birthday we went swimming with wild dolphins on the west coast of Oahu island. There were about 200 dolphins in the pod that we came across! We got within about 2m of them and saw many little dolphins swimming by their mothers. They were almost close enough to touch, however they are federally protected so we had to refrain :-( They were amazing! It was unbelievable how comfortable ...

Well we have been in Hawaii now for 6 days on the island of Oahu. We are staying in an excellent location only a street back from Waikiki Beach. We have toured the sites of Waikiki and have visited Pearl Harbour. Yesterday we hired a car and drove around the whole of Oahu (only about 150km all the way round). Waikiki is the center of tourism and is busy and crowded. The rest of this island however is absolutely gorgeous! Will post up photos soon of the beau...
