I have discovered this morning that the most essential thing for climates down to -10 are gloves! Felt like I was gonna die this morning when walking to the bus in the snow at 7am without them! BUT we are off to Stockholm today! Hayley at home messaged me with 45.1C in Sydney, and I send her back -14C in Stockholm where I will be staying for the next 4 days! IM SO EXCITED! It's hard to blog everyday when your just spending time living in a family in winter, but it has been awesome! I have spent alot of time just relaxing and really experiencing the culture with the Lindqvist family! I am gonna be so sad to say goodbye to this awesome family. Yesterday I left the house and went for a massive walk around where I'm living for the next 2 weeks! It is SOOO BEAUTIFUL now that the snow is fallen! I got a bit lost but I just followed my footprints back and then took a bus into town to meet Philip for lunch! I then got to go to Philips work, and visit him and his mum at their awesome office of ZilenZio! Then we went home and I got to go to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks and met some if Philips awesome...

I'm on my second day in sweden and I've already seen a little bit of the Swedish life and city of orebro! I've learnt how to use the bus, watched English TV with Swedish subtitles and hung out with my amazing best friend and his family! It's started to snow so the ground is white and is stable around -2 C! The trees and shops and people are all so beautiful!! I am so overwhelmed to be here!
